Somaliland is making strides toward peace and stability in one of the most volatile regions of the world. But lack of international recognition means Somaliland can't get loans from the international community.
Somalilanders say that's hindering the country's development. There may be no starker example of that than in the country's largest hospital -- in the capital, Hargeisa.
