One of the anchor stores in downtown Chelsea, Massachusetts, is a humble Salvation Army thrift shop. The store is all about bargains and basics for people who need them. But it's also a friendly meeting place, where people from five continents find smiles, common ground and a pair of shoes for five bucks.
