The book covers 20 successful agricultural projects around the world that have helped improve access to food for millions of people.

Here, the conversation continues with David Spielman about one of these agricultural successes: tilapia, a quick growing fish that can be farmed easily. In the Philippines, a decade-long tilapia breeding program has provided cheaper fish for more than 19 million people.
