In China's rural Henan province, AIDS is rampant. Many victims were infected in the 1990s by dirty needles used in blood donations and hospital transfusions.
The government has tried to cover up the epidemic. But journalist Paul Mooney shares what he's learned about AIDS in Henan through the eyes of a teenager named Ling Ling, who was infected with the disease when she was 18 months old.
