Flying ToiletsRichard Lough/World Vision Report
Raw sewage flows through the narrow byways of Nairobi's Kibera slum.
Description
Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, is officially home to three million people, though some suspect the real number could be twice that. Half live in slums where the infrastructure is minimal. Sanitation and access to clean water are especially limited, as Richard Lough discovered when he visited a slum called Kibera.
