The Centers for Disease Control says swine flu has spread to all 50 states. A vaccine for the flu has just become available in the U.S., which should help contain the outbreak here. But the situation is different in developing countries. Reporter Jason Gale, with Bloomberg news, has been keeping an eye on how the swine flu is affecting his part of the world.
