Fifteen years ago, Gary Haugen found himself in the aftermath of the Rwandan genocide. As an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, he headed up the United Nations investigation into the killings. What he saw set his life in a new direction.

In 1997, Haugen founded the International Justice Mission. The group rescues children trafficked into the commercial sex trade, and helps bring the perpetrators to justice. Haugen speaks with host Peggy Wehmeyer.
