Southern Sudan is experiencing something of a rebirth since Africa's longest-running civil war ended there two years ago. About 15 million people who fled the region are steadily streaming back and rebuilding their lives.
One device used by many in that recovery effort is a bicycle. Aid Worker Matt Streng of Mercy Corps says in this Aid Worker's Diary it's not just any bike — it's a Phoenix.
