Rumors run rife in the West African country of Liberia, where much of the population is poor, uneducated and susceptible to suggestion. One night, Liberians were awakened to warnings that the country's water supply would turn to blood by morning. Grant Fuller has this reporter's notebook from the capital, Monrovia.
