In rural Sierra Leone, many people can't afford to go to the hospital. Instead, they depend on local herbalists to treat everything from epilepsy to typhoid. In this Reporter's Notebook, Rachael Borlase tells us about a woman named Kumba Kamara, and her first trip to the hospital.
